Process

1. Consultation

We start by collecting all necessary information about you, your vehicle, and your claim. If you haven’t made a claim yet, no worries; we can help you start one and guide you through the process. We know the ins and outs of working with every insurance company.

2. Drop Off

Once we have started the claim, it’s time to schedule your vehicle for drop-off at our shop. If you need a rental car, we will meet you at the rental agency of your choice and pick up your vehicle there. If you do not have a preferred agency, we can set one up at an agency near our shop.

3. Damage Assessment (Estimate)

We inspect your vehicle with specialized PDR LED lighting, which reveals all the damage your vehicle sustained during the hail storm. During this process, we take an album’s worth of pictures to send to your insurance company to expedite the approval process and ensure all damages are covered. We advocate with the insurance company on your behalf to ensure all proper repairs and procedures are covered so we can return your vehicle to prestorm condition.

If your insurance company has already written an estimate on your vehicle we reinspect the damage to make sure it was all accounted for. Adjusters often look at your vehicle without lighting in your driveway or through video chat(virtual estimate); this doesn’t allow them to see the entire scope of the damage. If we find any missing auto hail damage, we file what is called a “supplement.” This involves the same process as an estimate. Once we get approval from your insurance company, we start repairs.

4. Repairs

Finally, this is where the magic happens! We disassemble the trimp on the damaged panels so we can access the damage from behind with our specialized PDR tools. This process only takes us a few days, and you’ll have your vehicle back as good as new!
